Very nice and friendly
The support staff here is AMAZING. Friendly, thorough, energetic, professional - I could not ask for better. And the office is clean, attractive, and comforting. However, I can't give 5 stars to the doctors. Yes, they do excellent work, which is most important. But they are not friendly, never smile, seem to be a bit uptight and always in a hurry. They've never greeted me personally or said, "Hi, I'm Dr. Jones, nice to meet you." I usually leave not even remembering their name, or even knowing when I get there who I'm going ... read more
Fantastic experience with this practice as usual. Everyone is so professional and friendly, and I especially love my hygienist, Jackie. My husband and have been patients for years and will continue to be for many more. Thank you Klement Family Dental.
I am very pleased overall with the practice, I feel that they are here for me and not just trying to make money off me like other dentist. Today I had my teeth cleaned, The hygienist looked over my chart and was familiar with me before she even open my mouth. I am 52 and had many cleanings and she had a nice touch. I spent the weekend at Disney and it felt I was still there, the staff was polite and friendly.
Phenomenal! My experience was way beyond my expectations! The Office is beautiful, and every person I met from my initial introduction with the receptionist, to my Dr Simmons, was a delight! Total professionalism throughout. The efficiency with kindness and care was above and beyond any experience I have had in the past with other offices. Thorough and yet at the same time very efficient! I have found my home with this office!
