I called on a Monday morning due to the crown on my tooth came off. They were able to get me in that same afternoon. The care I received that day and every other time I've visited the office has always been professional and exceptional patient client interaction. I have never overheard or seen any negative interaction between the staff. Everyone always comes across as happy to be at work and most of all, happy with their job. I am so happy the office at 7650 38th Ave N St. Pete opened.
Everyone is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to wait quite a while for the hygienist to come in for my cleaning (I was there for an hour and a half total for my routine bi-annual cleaning; there was at least 30 minutes between finishing up with the dentist and when the hygienist came in). Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience.
I had an emergency situation with an infected tooth and you got me in pronto to take care of it. For this I am forever grateful! The prep assistant Rayla was wonderful and came in to talk with me which made me feel SO much better because I was nervous and had been in alot of pain and discomfort! The dentist who pulled my tooth was female, I 'm sorry I can't remember her name but she was awesome!! Considering it was still a dentist visit, it was great from the reception area to the back area. I have to admit that I was quite impressed with the extra effort that was taken to help reduce the 'yucky ' taste during my procedure. Also, I was impressed on the previous visit with the oral cancer screening. I recommend u to anyone who is new on the area. I am always quite pleased, with no exception.
The care was exceptional. The commincation and care that the providers and staff give are above an beyond what was expected. I already referred two people because of this!
