The dental assistant ( I'm terrible with names) was amazing , friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable compared to some of the other techs I have had in the past. She did a great job and I hope to have her again when I come back for my routine cleaning !

I spoke to the front desk supervisor about my experience today. I had tooth #17 extracted today. I had never met Dr. McDuffie before and his bed side manor was terrible. The procedure itself was fine unfortunately the first impression he made over shadowed how the procedure went. At minimum I would expect a Doctor to introduce himself.
