This was my first visit to Klement Family Dental and it was awesome. Everyone is very pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. When you leave you know exactly where you stand and what the recommended course of action is. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Excellent service. I was nervous going in. The entire staff was courteous and helpful from entry to leaving.. They worked up a great plan with in my finances. I am looking forward to the next few visits and getting my teeth in shape for the years to come.

I had my teeth cleaning today with a new person. The cleaning was fine but I usually see the Dentist after all my cleanings to see how things are in my mouth? Also my gums are usually checked and they were not today to see if they have changed since my last cleaning?
Whoever did my polishing is super duper sweet and personable. And the dental hygienist was very nice and thorough and explained everything to me. I wish I could remember their names. I love that your staff always has a great sense of humor too! As long as I am cared for the way they did today, you have a loyal customer! If there is a way to recognize them, pull my file or something, please do. They deserve recognition!

All of the staff were very nice and friendly. Everything was explained well as well as a treatment plan, recommendations and costs. The dentist and the assistant were very supporting and made sure I was always comfortable. The whole practice was very attractive and clean and maintained. I would highly recommend this dental office to everyone.
I appreciate Dr Shaw's demeanor as well as Rebecca's personality. I also appreciate their techniques! Just one concern...I know you all use head sets while you work so u can communicate easily and be efficient... As long as it is not a distraction when your staff has sharp instruments in ones mouth. Are your staff members permitted to turn their headset off when drilling and when using sharp instruments inside ones mouth?
