What A GREAT visit...forgot why I came to see y'all as the chats with and including Dr Klement was illuminating. And I am in the "so much better" category today! Thanks team Dr Oldham. The Klement practice is top of the mark.
It was very prompt and moved along smoothly, Dr. Simmons is superb!
I had two appointments this week at the office and was very happy and pleased with the services provided. The staff was outstanding and I appreciated the customer service support as 2well.
From the time we walked in to the time we left, we felt welcome. Each staff member was very pleasant and kind, each step of the visit was explained to us, no pressure, really terrific!
Very professional, was greeted as soon as I came in, paper work was not extensive, there was only about a 5 minute wait after paper work was completed and someone came for me. Everyone was very pleasant and informative. The only thing that I was not pleased with was when the doctor came in he sat to the back side of me and I could not see him without turning almost completely around, was uncomfortable at that point trying to talk to someone you could not see. I was very pleased with my first visit there. Every one was friendly and professional. The receptionist was very busy and still was very friendly to everyone .
I visited Klement Family Dental today for the first time today as an Emergency Walk In patient. I was accepted almost immediately after I finished filling out the paperwork. Tara, the Dental Assistant who took care of me, was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I was then seen by Dr. Oldham, who examined the xrays and explained my problem and options. I haven't been to the dentist in years and haven't always had the best experience until I came to Klement Family Dental. My assistant Harold was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. Dr O was great and made the experience painless. I'm so glad to finally feel good about getting my teeth taken care of. Thank you guys :)
