Kendra was very professional with me and Dr. Shaw got right to my problem (which my previous dentist had missed completely). Overall for the first day: 10! The personnel are very friendly and professional. I personally feel that too many xrays/photos were taken. The bite down xrays for the back of the mouth left bruises in the back of my mouth. Other dentists use the type that do not have sharp corners. In addition, I had a reaction to something that left white spots on my gums and inside of my mouth the next day. I gave Klement a chance to be my new dentist after my neighbor said they were excellent. Turns out he was absolutely correct. Klement has amazing, new technology. It is very comforting to be able to see your teeth on a big screen and understand more clearly what the dentist sees. The cleaning was painless and the staff is so pleasant and friendly. The office is growing but is modern and clean. Klement Family Dental is so efficient and thorough, I highly recommend their services.
