Always have great customer service when I go to Klement Family Dental. The staff is warm and friendly and put you at ease (especially me being a big chicken). It's nice not to be afraid to go to the dentist anymore. My only complaint is that there are entirely too many reminder calls and emails about an appointment. One reminder call, text OR email the 1-2 day prior is all that is needed. Otherwise, it becomes annoying.

From the front desk to payment processing, everyone was amazing! Informative, freindly and accomadating.
My experience was outstanding. My hygentist did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and helped me understand what was going on with my mouth.
Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and helpful. The beautiful receptionist looked at me to joyfully greet me as I entered, she made me feel welcomed. Procedures, expectations and needed treatments were explained. There were no questions unanswered. I felt secure. My needs were put first and treatment was skillfully done. I have referred my family and friends to this practice.
The entire experience at KFD is notable. It began with a very cheery greeting and a short wait in the beautiful, comfortable, patient friendly waiting room. My cleaning was one of the best I have had! My hygienist, Yany, was exceptional! She noted a dark spot on my upper lip that NO ONE has ever mentioned! My cleaning was gentle, yet very thorough!!
