I was a new patient with an emergency problem resulting from dental work done 30 years ago up north, and they took me right away. The dentist diagnosed and treated the problem quickly, because he had seen many patients in the same situation. I feel the treatment was excellent and cannot suggest any improvements.
Absolutely the best that's why I drive from Orlando to get anything done. Don't remember name of assisted but he was also good
The staff was very friendly and put me at ease. They explained everything they were doing and were very helpful. I love the fact they are able to take care of all my dental needs and actually look forward to going again
Everybody was really nice and professional as always. They are always happy and makes you feel welcome. Great routine cleaning by the hygienist.
Went in for routine teeth cleaning, & Dr. Oldham’s staff determined that I had decay underneath a very old 1980’s gold crown. They offered to replace it with a new crown , and that I could start the procedure right then , rather than having to come back at a later date! Talk about great service! Dr. Oldham is the consummate Professional, and did a thorough & complete job, one that turned out to be more difficult than was anticipated. I take time off work for appts so I need to stick to a schedule. I plan for an hour to be there. If longer time is needed, let client know when booking it so they can plan on that. Staff was great. Only other comment is that there are entirely too many reminder calls and emails about an appointment. One reminder call the 1-2 day prior is all that is needed. Otherwise, it becomes annoying as it uses up tape on recorder, especially when confirmed on email.
Have had alot of bad dentist experiences thruout the years and had not not been for 8 yrs due to this. I finally had to find a dentist due to breaking a tooth and losing the filling. Unfortunately they could not save the tooth and so started the process of having a bridge put in. This was really stressful for me and I really appreciate the patience they showed me.
