I found this practice online and choose it based on it's positive reviews. It was an emergency situation and I am not the best dental patient. From the friendly professional front desk staff to Dr Jacob and Essence who treated me, my experience was great. Dr. Jacob and Essence were very professional, kind, understanding, and patient with me. I had a lot done and they made me feel as comfortable as possible. They got me in bright and early the next day and not only took the time to understand my long-term goals and explain my options, they also…most importantly…understood my anxiety and completely supported me without making me feel like an idiot, cause I hate needles, and I hate pain!
