This was my first full eye exam in my life. From the moment I walked through the door, the ladies warmly greeted me, treated me well, explained any eye exam that they were performing on me thoroughly. Felt completely at ease! All of my questions were answered, from eye wear, frames, types of lenses, over-all costs and insurance submitting. I've been going to Dr. Tse for nearly 20 years - she's very thorough and explains things clearly and patiently. She and Dr. Chung have built a knowledgeable, attentive team. I was especially impressed with how they adapt to deal with children and with elderly patients. They also have competitive prices on prescription eyewear and a broad selection of styles. I highly recommend!
