I received my first pair of eyeglasses from Dr. Chung when I was 9 years old at their Eaton Centre location. My mom, my little sister, and I have been loyal patients to Dr. Chung since then and have switched locations to their Broadview one since 2019. Dr. Chung and all of his staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Thank you!

Amazing staff! Helpful and knowledgeable. They spent so much time picking out glasses and sunglasses with me. There was no pressure to purchase at all but I ended up getting 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses and 1 pair of glasses. My eye exam was top notch and very thorough. He listened to all my concerns and did extra investigation on a concern. They do direct billing making it very easy and convenient for me. Overall I would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning.

Service was wonderful friendly fast . everyone was so happy , willing /patiently to help you till i am satisfied, professionally explain in details that i understand in every service & situations. I felt so welcome & i dnt feel any pressure at all getting new frames & having my exam. i bought 2 frames & got full eye-Exams . I would like to really Ty to all the workers there with Great services .
