She is very kind, professional and easy to talk to. At my first appointment, Dr. Wong discovered a slight issue with my eyes and I was referred to a surgeon. She took the time to explain the issues and patiently allowed the time for questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wong to friends and family without hesitation. Would have given higher rating except for exchange with 1 receptionist who didn't quite understand what I was saying and/or asking, so gave up after brief and unresolved communication - wasn't worth it as she wasn't really hearing what I was inquiring about & needing clarification. = no point. Everyone else was friendly and efficient.
