Thorough assessment. Busy clinic. Lots of waiting for assistance. Patient was seven and scared for getting eye drops and then upset and uncooperative (not a typical response based on her personality)

KODAK LENS CENTERPOINT MALL.. very frustrating service. I have my eyes checked, and offered me reading glasses for $280, plus $135 consultation. I paid those amount on same day. They said I can get my glasses after a week., and will call me for pick up. 3 weeks later, no call from them. I reached them out and they cannot explain where my glasses did go. It's been almost a month they are keeping my money . I don't trust kodak lens anymore.. It is located at Centerpoint mall, Yonge and Steeles.

Customer service when Iam choosing the eyeglass was not good, though Dr. Louise Foxman is great to assist me for my eye consultation.
