I made an appointment for new glasses at the Centrepoint location. The selection in the store was poor. Very plain and similar designs. The associate was not helpful. She basically left me on my own. When I asked if there were others, the associate took out some boxes with assorted lenses and said I could look through them. I expect this of a store like Winners not a professional optometry store. There was a pair I liked in the Ray Ban catalogue. I asked if they could bring them in. I was asked for a $50 deposit.

Would have given higher rating except for exchange with 1 receptionist who didn't quite understand what I was saying and/or asking, so gave up after brief and unresolved communication - wasn't worth it as she wasn't really hearing what I was inquiring about & needing clarification. = no point. Everyone else was friendly and efficient.

Overall, your service was very good. Though if I remember clearly I encountered bizaar behaviour displayed by certain personal. For one, I have been a patron for 20 some years. I don't think I encountered service that was negative because females had femine problems like pms. Maybe I did and I was blind. You are representatives of your culture & I personally think you did not make your community proud.
