From the first moment, I step into the office to the moment I left .Staff were polite , curtoius, efficient as well as Knowlegable.They made me feel comfortable and I belonged there . I was assited by the following People James, Silvanna as well as Alan. and of course the Dr .Singh who was very professional and pleasnt . . I had a great experience at the Kodak Lens in the Cloverdale mall! I would recommend it to anybody! Everybody there was super friendly, especially Tina, who assisted me! Took cared of me, recommended frames, was professional and was very patient! I also had a great friendly professional Doctor, Dr. Louie, who helped me with the eye exam. The way she explained things to me was simple & straightforward!

I had my first appointment and my kids had their second appointment. All three experiences were awesome. The front office staff were amazing! James and Tina went above and beyond to make all the difference. I gave Tina a hard time with the wipe down of equipment as I am highly Covid averse. This she did with a smile. While engaging me in friendly chat. As soon as my kids walked in, again a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
