From booking my first appointment, to doing the tests, to explaining how my eyes are doing, it was an excellent end to end experience. Everyone was professional and very pleasant to deal with. While I was there, I overheard another patient who mixed up her appointment (her appointment was actually the next week) but the staff checked with the doctor and they accommodated her. These days, service like that doesn’t happen very often and it was great to experience.Â
