This star is not for the frontline staff or Dr. Louie they deserve more. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 These are for them. The one star is for the lab who prepared the glasses that took just over one month it make them. Was very disappointed with the time it took.

I was really happy with the service from the eye doctor, she was excellent. This is the reason I gave the good rating. The staff at the front was not so good. They were so busy socializing with each other, not one of them came to see if I needed help choosing frames. So, that being said you lost a sale.

My glasses were ready quickly, which was great, but when I picked them up, they were handed to me without any fitting - no checking at all to make sure they were comfortable or even if properly
