Adam is NO DOUBT a difficult patient! I don't know how you guys do it! Even though he doesn't like going to the dentist, or doctor, or anyone else who might poke and prod on him for that matter, he loves everyone at your office. Thank you so much for having amazing patience with him and getting his teeth clean and managing his dental needs.
Everyone was very friendly. Environment was kid friendly. Would have preferred to have been present during exam.
There is no reason this office and dentist should ever get a rating below perfect! I one hundred percent credit them for the fact that my almost 11 year old and 8 year old are still cavity free! They love and listen to the instructions they receive there and take those lessons home with them! They make one of the hardest areas of parenting easy!
We love coming to your office. The only thing that bothers me is that we have to pay for services up front when we have insurance. I am sad that Samantha has to be referred to an orthodontic dentist for her braces, but I understand why it is being done. You always take good care of my girl when she is there.
My son has been a pt there for years!!! I appreciate Dr krause and his staff. They always make something that could be horrific for kids a very good experience. Deeply appreciated ! Greta
Absolutely without a doubt the best pediatric dentist!! We have left twice because of insurance coverage but have decided to stay and pay out of pocket. We love all the staff.
Dr. Jerry and staff are wonderful. We always have a great experience. Wish I knew about Krause Pediatric & Orthodontic Dental when I was growing up.
My son absolutely adores Dr. Jerry! He is so gentle and personable with him, and for that reason we will continue to make the 45 minute drive to see the best dentist around!!
We love this office and the staff! They truly address the needs of your child appropriately and always listen to your concerns! Wouldn't dream of taking my kids elsewhere!
