Great group of people! Everyone is friendly and always helpful. The wait times are sometimes a bit long but that will not stop me from going since I feel like my son is getting excellent care. I would much rather wait to receive excellent care versus wait times being minimal with mediocre service. Overall a great group of people that are great with kids!
The staf and work The staf are so nice and friendly, always got a smile on their faces. The work is well done at all time with my kids :)
My kids love their dentist! Growing up I hated the dentist and still do. My kids are blessed to love their dentist and the care they receive. They bring home and use all of what they are taught. They are 8 and 11 and are still cavity free thanks I great part to the best dentist practice for kids on the Eastern Shore!

Dr Krause, very experienced and I appreciate the time he spends with each patient.
The staff is excellent and very accomodating with getting appointments scheduled. Also, the staff is very well equipped and professional with handling children who may not necessarily cooperate with the dental experience. They go the extra mile to make the patients and the parents comfortable. I really appreciate the service this office provides. Thank you for everything!

Not extremly timely. Cleaning took over 40 minutes. Front desk was unable to assist.
My son, Jon , has seen Dr. Krause for years now for dental care. He is disabled, but this office and staff have always treated him with respect and courtesy, we appreciate the kindness, patience and individual attention and professionalism of Dr.Krause and staff.
