Overly impressed The staff was accommodating and patient with my 1 year old. They took their time allowing him to "play" with the instruments prior to beginning his cleaning. The atmosphere was playful and helped him feel more comfortable. I appreciated them allowing me to be part of the process so that he was more comfortable for his 1st visit. They gave us a picture of my son with Dr. Mark which makes a sweet keepsake.

Informative and Friendly Dr. Mark took the time to talk to us and answer all of our questions, even though he was obviously very busy. The staff is so friendly too. My daughter can't wait to go back, just to see Katie in the office!!!
Awesome staff! Always have great care here and the staff is incredible!
Caring staff I took my son to have some restorative work done. We were both a little nervous. During the first visit, the staff was very welcoming and when my son went back, they spent time with him, getting to know him and playing with some of the toys in the office. I believe this made us both feel very comfortable returning for the following visit. Dr. Mark is excellent and so is his staff. Always a great experience at Dr. Krause Pediatric and Orthodontics We always have a great experience here! Everyone is so personal and encouraging to both the parent and the child! Great care to details of the child's dental issues, and personal interest in the child! Feels like family! They really care about your child!
