The mortgage industry is complicated. Krista kept us updated about what to expect and what was needed throughout the process. We refinanced into a great low rate and saving some money. It was easy.
Krista IS the best loan officer I’ve ever had the experience of working with. I’ve worked with at least 6 other lenders and I will for sure be coming back to Krista whenever possible. She made things as simple as they could be given the short stressful deadline of closing the loan.

Krista is always great to work with. We had her when we initially bought our home and went back to her for both refinances.
