Kris and her staff went out of there way to make sure we closed on time. We were selling and buying at the same time which made closing way more difficult. Our buyer had failed financing, Crane finance was able to help with that just when we thought we would need to start all over again. Also that she has worked with the same underwriters for years and that her deals close complete and on time. They guided me through the qualifying and the closing.
