The application process took about 6 months due to no delay on our part in supplying requested information. This lead to a higher lone rate which was quite disappointing and unexpected. Kristin kept us informed but was unable, it seems , to move the process along any faster through no lack of effort on her part. Each time we were asked for additional info, which we quickly supplied, another request came to us. The system needs streamlining! Marsha and David Berman
