RecommendedDog Service is always great from regular checkups to grooming but customer service is below average due to miscommunication errors . You may get contacted later in regards to new charges that weren’t on the original receipt but the Vet and the Vet Techs always treat all of my animals with great care and is always very knowledgeable ! Grooming prices are also on the cheaper side compared to the rest of the area and is taking new clients at this time which is a plus. RecommendedKruger Animal Hosptial in normal went above and beyond for us. Paige was diagonosed with cancer and always having problems. Multiple times Kierstyn had to call or take Paige to a visit last minute and they were so understanding and helpful. The staff was very kind. And now they took the time to send us a card with a message. I won’t forget this and I highly recommend them.
RecommendedFriendly staff and great care for my dogs for almost 25 years. Kruger is the place to go from regular office visit to situations requiring special care. Dr. Bleem even checks in with me after hours to ensure my dogs are doing OK. They will always be the #1 place I trust with my dogs. Huskies Maize and Blue agree! 😀

RecommendedKruger Animal Hospital goes above and beyond to provide a excellent service to pets and owners. I know I have called with last minute needs on more than one occasion and they work tirelessly to help us get things accomplished! Today Samantha helped coordinate a last minute vaccination so that our boy would be ready to play with his boarding friends while we are out of town for the weekend. We are so thankful to have such a responsive and accommodating team so close to home.

RecommendedRecently one of our Guinea Pigs became very sick and we had to make the difficult decision to have him put to sleep. Every staff member at Kruger was extremely respectful, very helpful and overall just very kind to us and to Buddy. They made a hard time easier for our family and we are very grateful for them.
