I recently switched to Kruger and I am SO happy I did! My almost 12 year old rabbit had a serious infection and after switching she got on the right medicine and is on her way to living her best life as an old lady. I also recently signed her up for laser therapy for her arthritis while she was staying for the weekend in boarding and overall an amazing experience. Kruger Animal Hospital came to my rescue during a particularly tragic incident. My cat is fine now, but she got her tail jammed in the mechanisms of an office chair (watch for pinch points!) and Dr. Bleem (I think it was dr bleem? honestly the entire incident is a panicked blur) came OUT TO MY HOUSE to help us! Which is awesome because a screaming thrashing cat and an office chair would not be able to fit in my car. I love their customer service. They care about our pets. I’m feeling very sure about their professionalism. I believe in the way they work.
In addition to really liking my cats veterinarian, the customer service here is great. I had numerous questions about the Paw plan and Samantha from customer service was so patient as I also felt her compassion in regards to her wanting to make sure I understood any answers she had.
