Kurtis made the process seamless from beginning to end. He is SO proactive, and we were able to close early thanks to his swiftness! He actually helped us activate our homeowner's insurance early, instead of waiting until the week of closing. Thank goodness he did, because our insurance company stopped taking on new customers due to a hurricane the following week.
