From the start-- I had a lot of places contact me and try and get me to re-fi with them. Alot. Some even called late or 4 times in a row. I understand that Kyle obviously wants to make money, but he didn't pressure me, and he answered all my questions. His patience and lack of "pushy-ness" is what made me go with him and Mutual of Omaha. Kyle and his team were on top of it and were easy to work with. Even understanding when I messed something up and made more work for them.
