Bought my Mazda 2016.5 in September 2017. I’ve been taking my vehicle there for service and I have never had any issues whatsoever. The service people are great easy to talk to any questions I need to talk to you about anything mechanical about the car You’re always there to answer. I recently bought a brand new 2023 Mazda CX five turbo sport just love the car in November. I haven’t put too many miles on it like maybe 439 km but if I have to buy another one or trade in my 2016. Grace, Craig and the team were great! Very helpful. Grace was refreshingly honest. If she didn’t have an answer she said so and then found the answer we were looking for. The Mazda app has some frustrating glitches but there’s been a couple of updates in the last couple of weeks which tells me that Mazda has listened to the critiques and are trying to be better. We would definitely recommend the team at LA Mazda.
Sara and the service team are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend LA Mazda’s service department.
This was my first time using LA Mazda and it was A+ service from start to finish. The lady that booked my appointment and checked in with was a delight. The Uber they provided is so convenient. Brian was awesome and kept me updated throughout my appointment. The complimentary wash was the cherry on top. The best experience I’ve had getting a vehicle serviced by far. Will be going here from now on!
