Grace, Craig and the team were great! Very helpful. Grace was refreshingly honest. If she didn’t have an answer she said so and then found the answer we were looking for. The Mazda app has some frustrating glitches but there’s been a couple of updates in the last couple of weeks which tells me that Mazda has listened to the critiques and are trying to be better. We would definitely recommend the team at LA Mazda.

This was my first time using LA Mazda and it was A+ service from start to finish. The lady that booked my appointment and checked in with was a delight. The Uber they provided is so convenient. Brian was awesome and kept me updated throughout my appointment. The complimentary wash was the cherry on top. The best experience I’ve had getting a vehicle serviced by far. Will be going here from now on!
