The vehicle went in ahead of the appointment time and was finished in the time frame expected. Staff was courteous and friendly.
I was there for new tires (best price I found in Edmonton) and from the minute I walked in I felt welcome. The crew putting on my tires not only cleaned my floor mats but also caught a leak in a rear tire. While waiting I talked vehicles with a sales rep and felt no pressure what so ever. He even was kind enough to take me for a test drive while I was killing time. Even the receptionist was a delight to talk to. I highly recommend this dealership.
Experience was real good as usual. Work was done in good time and all the staff where friendly. I would just suggest that the workers that actually tend to my car clean their hands before entering. I usually find finger prints either just outside the door on my side panels between the front and rear passenger window and also on the dash. Not a big deal just a heads up. Thanks for a good experience
I’ve been with LA Mazda since I purchased my CX7 in 2010. The staff are courteous, informative & extremely helpful! Chris was my mechanic for years up to his promotion to service mgr. I book with Charlene & Brian who are both extremely kind & knowledgeable & keep me updated on my vehicle. Always a pleasure for me & a positive visit.
In on time, out before promised. Staff friendly. During service and inspection, tech found a couple of little issues we needed to get done.
