Great Customer Service and Car was great
Best customer service!! Alexandra did way beyond expectations. She did not only meet my needs but she is also very friendly and accommodating. I’ve used LA Mazda when my car needs services and repairs and they never fail me. I’ll definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much guys!
Very quick and efficient drop off. Enjoyed a Starbucks while I waited for the shuttle to drive me home. Called when car was ready and sent shuttle to pick me up which showed up right away. Same driver both ways. He was very pleasant. Picked up car. No problems. Only bummer was no car wash as it wasn’t working. Other than that very happy with service.
I didn't have an appointment but was overdue on my oil change. They fit me in and was very efficient
