I came for my regular oil change maintenance 👨🏻🔧. That was done efficiently. Then they vacuumed it and washed the outside. While it was there they found it needed a recall so they fixed that. All done on my Rogue warranty. 0$. So ya, I’m very pleased 😀 with what they did.

The service staff, lead by Ewan, are phenomenal!! I had brake flush, piece of mind inspection, AWD service, oil change, and transmission service done in about three hours. WOW! (It was completed exactly when Ewan said it would be.) There is no way Northside could is that fast, and do it right. Ewan and his team need a raise!! A HUGE raise!!! The Service Manager makes one aware of what is happening, how long it will take and gives you periodic updates. When the vehicle is ready he completely reviews the work done. Then he advises what needs to be done at the next service so there are no surprises. He is a great example of professional service.
