First time calling the dealership to find out if they were able to program some key jobs on our 2015 infinity q50 , they checked the the shop Forman and they could. Made appointment, arrived for my appointment, the service writer . She was pleasant and easy to deal with .car was ready on time . And price was very fair , it nice to see a dealership deal the customers the old school way of business. Thanks will be back.

As always my service was wonderful. Ashley was AMAZING. She always takes care of me... makes me feel like I am the only customer that matters each time I come in. Ashley takes exceptional pride in making sure that her customers feel like they have been taken care of. L.A. Nissan in Leduc was amazing. They were thorough, quick, and very personable. Danielle was my advisor, and she was phenomenal! I have had such bad luck at dealerships in the past always trying to push me to do more work, or short cutting and I end up leaving with worse… But Danielle gave me options, and made sure I was aware and on board with everything.
