The only staying you should do here is AWAY! Where to begin The staff is extremely rude and condescending. They were rude to my guest when she joined me for breakfast, essentially accosting her and advising her that because she isn't a direct guest with her own room she must pay and they demanded she pay a fee of $17 for the breakfast right then and there. Very Poor Front staff very unfriendly and curt. The shower floor felt like it was gonna fall through. They floors were very dirty. Location
Update your rooms and hire more staff. The room we stayed in was really out of date: the lights on the walls were loose and one of them didn't turn on, some of the outlets did not work and we couldn't access some because of the bed frame being in the way, there were stains in the bathroom (I don't even want to know what it was from), the bathrooms on the main floor were dirty and not kept well (no paper towels stocked either). Horrible. The room was so tiny there was no table for sitting to read or eat. No chair. Had to sit on bed with food on white bedding. I barely had space to open my luggage. Then the bathroom was a mess. The door was stiff. Then I realized it was due to moisture which I found out the bathroom curtain rod leans downward which causes the curtain to not stay fully extended so when I was showering the whole floor and door was soaking wet. Would not book again. Room reeked of cigarette smoke and not just recent but years of built up cigarette smoke. The bathroom was dirty including toilet seat, door, and bathroom floor. Sink was missing the drain plug. They had refillable white bottles by Dove for soap and shampoo/conditioner, but there was black smudges all over them. One of the beds has stains on the sheets.
