Disappointing representative The rude and uncaring attitude of the front desk attendee. The rooms were comfortable.

Would never stay here again, and will in all honestly NEVER use booking.com again either!!! The hallways were dark and dingy. There was one person working the desk to help all areas of the facility….manning the desk, making breakfast, getting towels - so inefficient!! MANY reservations were not found and people were left stranded without a place to stay. This was on BOOKING and not the facility. The property was close to the highway.
Was not worth to stay with family to me My first impression- dirty area in-and around elevator area. Secondly I found my room clean except broken shower knob. Thirdly dirty floor during breakfast and breakfast not good. Lastly while checking out the morning front desk staff today July 16 was rude to me in front of my kid. Upon asking his name he said why I was asking his name but I asked again since I was staying in hotel then he said Brian. Price and clean room

Very Poor The pool was absolutely not maintained and cloudy which means not enough or no chlorine. The mgr said "the pool is closed for the season because he had no one to maintain it" which was a blatant lie as people and children were swimming in it all day before and there was no signage period. I went to get a water sample and he knocked it out of my hand. Later that same day it was still cloudy and open with people and children swimming. Horrible Everything Nothing this place stinks so bad
Fair dirty carpet dirty countertops funky smell
Renovation needed, urgent maintenance required. The air conditioner didn't work. We asked staff to help. He said he knew the AC had been having trouble. He took off the cover and told us all we needed to do was touch the thermostat to help the system recognize a need to start. So that worked for 10 minutes. We weren't going to do that through the night. He also said they had new units at the hotel ready for install but had to wait for these to die first.
