Will not go back. Sorry to say. Someone spilled something on the counter and the worker told him where to get some cleaner to do it himself. Never could find the ice. Finding the drive way was a nightmare. Maybe signs The food was just ok. Small and no refills from what we saw. The beds were comfortable.

Charged for Support Dog Everything Nothing they charged me $58 dollars for a pet fee for a support dog. They then told me they are allowed to do that in the state of Washington. I also payed a $100 deposit never returned the fee. I cleaned the room and made sure there was zero damage and the room was spotless. I took video after upon leaving. I also had to pay extra $15 because the dryer barely worked. The Staff was so rude.

Terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband and I arrived for our 2 night stay at the La Quinta hotel on October 18th around 3:45pm. When I went to check into my reservation which was made through Booking.com, I was information my reservation had been cancelled due to apparently “not having a card on file” which is impossible because I wouldn’t have been able to make the reservation without a card. Bullshit The GM was rude af. He didn’t have any patience, or manners. Also how are you going to sign up for a website then get made when customers use it. Property was clean and beautiful. Hard to find but good nonetheless.

Poor Toilet didn’t flush properly so I had to fix it before every flush. Shower didn’t work properly. Either way too hot or way too cold. No way to get water the proper temperature. Central location. Easy access from the interstate.
It was decent The air conditioner was stuck in heat mode, would not turn off or turn the temperature down, had to unplug the whole unit. It is ok place to stay.
Bad It smelled like sewer back up one of main bathrooms on bottom floor not working..The health department needs to be notified on this place dirty bathrooms un cleaned. The guy at front desk very rude unprofessional awful customer service.
