Very good night sleep Faucet in the bathtub nearly impossible to turn on. Too old. Needs an update. I have never come across such a thing. I am sure many people encounter this problem Good value. Dark room and comfortable beds.

This was a return visit. A little disappointed compared to past stay Mildew smell in my room. Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No choices. Old fruit. Staff was great. Placed several family members close to one another. Rooms were clean.

I will always look to stay here over all other hotels in Everett and the surrounding areas The wifi was a bit spotty during peak times but I'm not sure that's something in their control The staff really worked with me on my reservation /payment issues I kept having. What could have been disastrous for me and my belongings while I was at work was dealt with with a bit of trust and a lot of patience on their part and I will never forget that. 11/10 would highly recommend I would say just the location, it wasn’t horrible but just seemed crammed in there with the neighboring hotel and casino. First off - The Staff nailed it 100%, friendly, courteous and goes above and beyond. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen.

Quiet and clean. Staff was polite, helpful and professional. I will be staying there again. The only complaint I have is that the towels were too soft... It was difficult to dry off after showering. Check in was fast and seamless. Hotel was clean and smelled good. My room was equally clean and modern decorated. I was upgraded for free without requesting it. Free breakfast in the morning was fabulous. The food was good and filling.
