Okay The location is horrible very hard to get to. The room was musty and smelly. We were in a pet friendly room.I told the front desk and they brought me some air freshener to spray around the room. We were there for 4 nights, Left in the morning and returned in the evening,Twice after returning back , the windows to our room we’re wide open, we were on the ground floor. Disappointing The green carpet and the green drapes. Yuck. My bed at home was more comfortable.
Fair Homeless people all around the property, property is run down. Price was good
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Der Weg zum Hotel ist weiterhin etwas tricky... Da wir schon einmal da waren, wussten wir das wir den Parkplatz des anderen Hotels überqueren müssen - für Erstbesucher wäre eine bessere Ausschilderung hilfreich... Waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal da. Inzwischen wurden die Zimmer und der Frühstücksbereich renoviert. Sehr gute Betten, sauberes Hotel, reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal - wir würden wieder hier buchen...
Disappointing
Disappointing The bed was terrible; very badly sagging. The air conditioner worked, but not very well. Breakfast was edible, but selection was minimal and some days they were out of some things, reducing selection even more. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke (room did not, thankfully). Hotel address was misleading; at first we couldn't find it, as it is not actually located anywhere near 4th ave. Shower head was so low I had to bend over to wash my face and hair (I'm 6 ft). Won't stay there again.
Very Poor The hotel is being renovated & it was a MESS! Baseboards were buckled in hallways, hallways were very dark (not much lighting) & there were holes covered w/black plastic in the halls. The white towels were very "rough" & old in the bathrooms, & had many long dark hairs on them when unfolded for use. Also long dark hairs in the bathtub.
