Management Location hard to find. Hidden behind casino. No one managing the front desk. Called the desk number took about ten minutes before anyone responded.

Employees should be more humble and not a stuck up! Specially to there guests The employees are judgemental there awful, I wish hadn't st@yed there: The room it's clean

Aggressive manager The manager was a very aggressive woman. She called the police because my reservation was not in her system. I will never return to this hotel chain. Be careful when staying here overnight.

Poor They charged me three times! So I payed 285$ instead of 95$ for only one night!
There shall be better choice in that area. There's no sign on how to get to the hotel entrance. You have to drive through a gas station first then holiday express inn. The bath tube drain is stuck, possibly too mauch hair inside so the water goes very slowly. Staffs are friendly, that's all.
