Exceptional Breakfast - needs paper plates instead of foam plates. stronger forks. Shower only had shampoo & no conditioner- needs conditioning shampoo Excellent price, clean room and comfortable bed

Pleasant The only thing that I didn't like was that I was not able to check in a bit earlier than 3:00 unless I was willing to pay an additional $50 and there was no restroom available after a long drive. I probably would have cancelled my reservation at that time but I was afraid it would be treated as a 'no show' instead of as a customer who had changed their mind upon arrival. But everything else was fine so all's well that ends well Updated room was comfortable and the evening staff was quite pleasant and accommodating.

Exceptional Televisión did not work very blurry, and the shower pressure was not very good. Breakfast was good.
