good location but dirty room the room was filthy dirty and crumbs in drawers location was great good parking

Okay stay for couple days. Cleanliness was not great. The night shift staff told guests to not sit in the lobby area. Disappointed with the overall value received during the stay. It was a good location. But not very clean. Didn't get the bang for the buck. Disappointed with the value received and the actual money spent.

Exceptional The front desk team during the day is great. Very welcoming to my family. In a very safe area close to the 7 train. on the border of LIC where there’s tons of eateries and entertainment.
