A place in need of better management. It could a chick and pleasant little hotel - justs needs work Rooms could be better prepared - the breakfast offered should be more balanced, taking into consideration the amount of third age clients they are serving. Movility of persons with disabilities is not well considered when accomodation and moving around the place is concerned. The location of this facilities is good. It is close to the subway, right on Queens Boulevard and just minutes away from the 59th Street Bridge.

Disappointing. The room was dark, small and the ceiling high window looked up at the sidewalk. We were quoted a price of $100 CAD and we ended up paying over $150 CAD. The staff was helpful and polite.
