Good. Near to city. Not friendly enough The Reception staff were very unfriendly except for one man. The others need to learn good American Customer Service. Not even a thank you when I checked out. Noisy location. Needed earplugs. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient.
Fair El ruido y un desayuno muy limitado y de escasa calidad. La localización junto a la parada de metro con rápido acceso a Manhattan y el trayecto al aeropuerto de La Guardia de 45 min en bus urbano.
Good There was little to no parking. It was very inconvenient. Had a small space in the back that could hold about 10 cars, maybe. Otherwise you have to pay to park. The staff was polite. The room was clean. It was very close to the train and other transportation.

Honest review Could have been more bedding because it was cold. Curtains were useless. Breakfast wasnt as nice as it was made out to be. House maids couldnt speak a word of english. I kept smelling smoke in the room, so called front desk and they sent a lady up that just soaked the carpet in a spray. No microwave or cutlery. Paid a lot for what it was. Nicely presented, very friendly at the front desk.
Enjoyed my stay! The heater wasn't working for some reason Clean, everything was pretty much there
