Comfortable and would visit again. We had a jacuzzi tub room that had the water turned off. We were told due to COVID but it didn't make sense as it was just my boyfriend and I and not public. This is something that I think would be cleaned between guests. The location was the best part of this hotel. We rode the 7 train to Chinatown and Citi Field then to Manhattan. I feel like this hotel was right in the middle and it was so easy.
