Check in was a nightmare, staff were not helpful but our room on the fourth floor was clean and spacious and didn’t smell like mildew (the first room we had DID smell like mildew). Parking lot is a little tight for bigger rigs

Staff was kind and helpful… Even though it was a dumpster fire outside, we felt safe inside… Breakfast was great pool and Hot Tub were great… Room was nice and clean… Definitely recommend and will stay there next time we’re passing through Auburn

We reserved two rooms and were assigned 406 and 306 (not adjacent). Room 406 was ok but room 306 smelled really bad (like uterine somewhere in the room). After complaints to the front desk, they were not willing to change the room for us but the staff was trying to spray something to alleviate the smell. The whole experience gave us bad feelings even though one of the room was ok. Don’t think we will be back to this hotel.
