This the first time we've stayed at this location. Overall, the room was clean and nice, with the exception that we had a plumbing issue that was resolved by moving us to another room next door. The shower toiletries needed to be filled - housekeeping promptly replaced the empty bottle. Ashley was quite helpful, giving us recommendations for local food. Breakfast in the morning was good. The staff was great! The rooms were very comfortable and clean .The only thing that i found not so great , was the toilets. They set too low! They need to be updated and be replaced! Other than that I loved my stay.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was super clean. Furthermore, the staff were cheerful and attentive and i would stay again.

Just wanted to chill out and watch some movies. When I stayed a month ago, there was no problem signing into my streaming apps. This time, TVs had been disabled from the Internet due to "security". I would have stayed at another hotel if I'd known about this change.

Thank you for your feedback. We have had service issues with the streaming services on televisions and hope to offer them again in the future.
It was not explained at check in that the rooms are only serviced every three days, despite a sign on the bathroom mirror stating that towels and bed sheets would be changed out daily, unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign was hung on the door, which we did not do. Sheets not a problem, but towels, garbage, bathroom paper products etc. is ridiculous and WAS NOT explained at check in. Desk staff even said there was no sign in the room stating this would be done daily, despite my two visits to the front desk to find out what was goin... read more

We apologize that our staff at the desk did not explain the cleaning policy to you better at check-in. We are happy to service rooms daily at our guests' request. Please schedule housekeeping visits at the front desk for any you would like the day before they are needed.
