good stay. staff is very nice rooms are clean and quiet unless you have a people above you with kids who ran and stomped so many homeless people outside clean.

Excellent Like all current hotels smoking is not allowed in the facility. I am a light smoker but found no problem with stepping outside the facility to have a smoke. I smoke outside my own home. Everyone at the front desk and throughout the facility were very accommodating. Found nothing to complain about would gladly stay there again.

Love my over all stay! Clock in lobby is hour off. Sign in room says check out is 12:00 when it really 11 which was listed in my email Clean, large room, friendly staff

It turned out ok after we got checked in. Check in! Took 40 minutes because computer system was down. Desk manager called support but they didn’t seem very helpful or patient. His second call went better. It was 11 pm. Frustrating after long day! Breakfast

Good Too much homeless around the facility and area. Need to have security on site at night, to make Visitors feel safe with no worries. Staff was amazing!. I liked how main lobby doors locked at a certain time, makes it a little safe.
