1st timer, will come again tho! The pull out the couch was not that great. Sleeping on the floor would have been better 2nd door needs oil. Maybe it was a mechanism for the clerk to hear the door open? Walk in the hotel smelled clean! Heavy bleach smell may be from the pool, reminds me when I clean the house, and my wife smells that bleach
The front desk staff will make your stay at this property. Clean, comfortable rooms as well. The front desk staff were OUTSTANDING! So friendly and explained everything available to us at the property.

Exceptional The paper plates are to small.When you put a waffle on the plate the waffle is bigger then the plate and any syrup that runs of the side is on counter/table /floor and me. the break fast was great and some one right there if you need help.Very fresh.

Very Good mixed feelings on security. Somewhat uneasy that the main lobby door Needs to be locked at dark and need to emphasize not leaving valuables in car. But appreciate efforts to keep guests secure.
75 out of 100 beds weren't very comfortable unfortunately, missing blankets and pillows for the pull out mattress, king suite is nice with the large spa tub, parking was a little difficult to find, and sketchy area with a strangers wandering outside. Breakfast was convenient, pool/hot tub was great in the morning, Kiki at the front desk was polite and professional, king suite is nice with the large spa tub, not too loud by the highway.
Great place for our family to stay in. Affordable enough to have 2 rooms. The toilet stopped working. Next time we'll call maintenance. Traffic sounds from the hwy. The air conditioner helped drown out some of the noise. Breakfast was yummy! Location was c omcenient. Small negative was hwy traffic sounds, but not a huge problem.
