I was there for a medical appointment with my Virginia Mason oncologist so a quiet comfortable restful room was importan would love to have had at least the coffee refreshed for the second day. only enough for 2 cups for two day stay for 2 people. there was nothing that we saw that told us the room would not be refreshed. easy to find, clean and comfortable.

I would stay somewhere else next time The lobby has a very strong chlorine pool smell, the hallways smell like cleaning fluid, our first room smelled like urine and was very noisy from the freeway traffic (they changed our room) and the bed was very hard I liked the location and the staff was great
