Very Good Bed isn't made in am. Pricy for level of service. Helpful front office staff. Good parking. Amazingly quiet considering location.

The hotel was great, but the property management was not willing to work with a family emergency. I needed to change my plans due to a family emergency to reduce my stay by one day. It was during SeaFair and they were stating they were sold out, so I had assumed that having a room free up for a night would allow them to rent that out. However, the property was not willing to work with Booking.com to allow me to make the change, or myself as a Wyndham Rewards gold holder. I slept great! I would stay here again The builder of the bathroom vanity must have been a giant. The countertop comes up Toronto cage! I am unable to lean over the sink, so water seeps over to the upper front of my clothing. The TV set-up just uses symbols. I finally found the guide on the tv, but most of the channels listed were not available. Punching in the number of a channel did NOT take me to that channel! I apologize that the sink was too tall and the chair too narrow. I am confident another room style will suit you better when you return to visit again.
Very Good The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The matrasses are sagging, the filling in the pillows were clumped up. Room was clean, the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

Thanks so much! Nothing to say about this. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were in town for a concert and it was so nice to feel so well taken care of. My family had traveled from Alaska and I know they felt very well cared for.
