We had a great stay! The staff was amazing and everything was super convenient and easy, especially being so close to the Dallas airport. The only thing I wish they would improve is making the parking permit requirement a little clearer. The QR code for the parking permit was only displayed at the front desk and nowhere else, so we were unaware that a permit was needed. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely stay again!
Staff were amazing. The battery died in my daughter’s rental car, and a staff member came out and jumped it. Greatly appreciative
The room was superb and new. Spacious king and sleek furniture. Breakfast was yummy and the airport shuttle was timely with a friendly driver.
Room was clean. Good size room. Breakfast was the same every day, but sufficient. Staff were helpful when asking for extra towels. Soap provided was not great, went to a Walmart and picked up our own. Water presser was weak. TV was small. Beds not the most comfortable. Overall, worth what we paid for and served its purpose.
