Good We booked it because we had a late arrival and very early departure the next morning and the website said there was a free 24hour airport shuttle. I called a few days before to confirm the shuttle for the hours of our flights and was told there would be no problem. However, they do not reserve the shuttle and when we arrived we were told that there was no room for us. We had to book a taxi which defeated the reason I selected this hotel in the first place! Accessibility to the airport
Very Good Taking for long time for for shuttle. Maybe one bulb can chnage to a white one so it will really looks more lighter Near the airport
Very Good I arrived by air around 10:39pm. I had to ask directions to hotel shuttle area and it was it wmeady to find - NOT the hotel's issue. BUT then I sat there with several other people waiting for the shuttle. Eventually a shuttle for a different hotel took all of us. Do not bother with the shuttle late at night. Location to the airport very good. As an overnight before a flight it is a good value. The breakfast was nice. It looks like there has been a fairly recent remodel and my bed was very comfirtable.

Good The Airport shuttle took too long so I ordered another shuttle to see if they can take me and they did and I had to pay. But no one wants to be held there waiting hours for a shuttle that takes 12 minutes from the airport to the hotel and even worst if its 12 am
